Most clients need just 1–3 RTT sessions per issue, spaced a few weeks apart. After each session, you’ll listen to your custom hypnosis audio daily for 21–30 days to support the transformation.

Sessions are held online (or in-person by request). A week before your session, we will have an intake call where we have a conversation about your goals. During your session, I guide you into a relaxed hypnotic state. Together, we uncover the root cause, reframe limiting beliefs, and I create a personalised hypnosis recording for your ongoing use

RTT and hypnosis are safe for most people. If you have a history of epilepsy or serious psychiatric conditions, please let me know before booking so we can discuss the best approach.

Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. Wear something cozy, use headphones if possible, and bring an open mind. Make sure you have a solid internet connection, your device is on airplane mode or do not disturb, and is plugged in. I’ll send you a simple intake form to help you get clear on your goals.
